CANTON -- A school compost and recycling summit for teachers, administrators, staff, students and parents in local K-12 schools will be included in the Local Living Festival April 27 at noon. The festival will be held at the Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, Rt. 68. Learn how to “green up” in a school environment.
Institutional composting and resources for schools will be discussed. Admission to the festival is $5.
