NORWOOD -- The St. Lawrence County Chapter of AARP will host a luncheon presentation by Paul Mackay of the Lawrence Funeral Home titled "What You Need to Know to Plan a Funeral" on April 17.
The funeral business has experienced several changes in recent years and Mackay’s information can help bring a new perspective to the planning process, said an AARP press release.
Time saving tools and forms, pros and cons of preplanning and prepaying, managing costs, and creating a truly meaningful event will be covered.
The luncheon will be held at the Lobster House (order on your own from their menu) from 11:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
To RSVP contact Karen Murray at 315-265-6705 on or before April 13.
