HAMMOND – Live music, a fish dinner, bake sale, Chinese raffle and more are planned Saturday, March 24 to help raise money for a woman with stage four colon cancer.
The benefit for Shelly (Taylor) Denicola, 39, will take place at the Hammond Fire Hall, 300 Lake St., starting at 3 p.m.
The band, Hell Bound, will perform and a disc jockey will also play music throughout the day.
A fish dinner will be served from 3 to 7 p.m. at $10 per plate. Take-outs will be available and children under age five can eat for free.
A live auction, 50-50 raffle and Chinese raffle are planned.
Those attending should bring their own beverage.
