CANTON -- Little River Community School, Canton-Russell Road, will hold an open house for students in kindergarten to second grade Thursday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. Child-care and refreshments will be provided. An informal discussion about the program will be followed by a question and answer session.
Little River is an alternative school with a multi-age learning environment and an eight-to-one student-to-teacher ratio.
The school also provides services and support for families who want to school at home. Little River has a few openings left for fall 2013.
