OGDENSBURG — The “Lights on the River” spaghetti dinner is set for Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Elks Club at 332 Caroline St.
The meal includes spaghetti, meatballs, sauce (or butter), bread, salad and a drink. The cost is $10 for adults, $6 for ages 6-12 and free for kids ages five and under. Desserts will be provided.
