LISBON – Lights on the River, a family event where you can ride along the St. Lawrence River at the Lisbon Beach & Campground and enjoy holiday light displays by North Country businesses, organizations, groups, families and more, returns Saturday, Dec. 17 through Friday, Dec. 23 with gates open from 5 to 9 p.m.
Admission is free. Donations of cash and/or non-perishable food items will be accepted for North Country Food Banks (accepted but not expected).
