Sunday, March 10, 2013 - 5:17 pm

CHIPMAN -- Lifetree Café will host a free discussion on gun control March 11 at 7 p.m.

The talk, titled "Inside the Gun Debate: To hunt? To defend? To assault?" will feature filmed interviews with Tom Mauser, whose son died at Columbine High School, and Michael Lang, a concealed weapon instructor.

"In light of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, gun control is once again making headlines," said Lifetree representative Craig Cable. "At this program, participants will have the opportunity to consider possible responses to gun violence and share their points of view."

Snacks and beverages will be available. The Chipman Lifetree Café is held at the Scotch Presbyterian Church, 35 County Route 33.

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to Craig Cable at 970-292-4697 or ccable@group.com.
