Lifetree Café in Chipman to host discussion on domestic violence May 13
CHIPMAN -- Lifetree Café, Scotch Presbyterian Church, will host a discussion on domestic violence Monday, May 13 at 7 p.m.
The program, titled "When Love Hurts: Ending the Cycle of Domestic Violence," provides strategies for removing those suffering from domestic violence from abusive situations.One in four women experiences domestic abuse, while one in nine men is a victim, according to Lifetree representative Craig Cable.
Snacks and beverages will be provided.
