POTSDAM -- "Let's Talk Lilacs" will be held each Thursday evening during the month of May, starting at 6 p.m., at Moore's Hill Lilacs in Potsdam.
The informal talk will cover lilac varieties, lilac history, and tips on planting and pruning.
There will be time for questions and answers, as well as information sharing between those attending, and a walk through the display garden.
The group will meet in the barn in case of rain.
The talk is free.
If planning to attend, a phone call 315-265-1630 or email in advance would be helpful, but is not required.

There are approximately 40 lilac varieties in the display garden at Moore's Hill, with plants of most of the varieties available for purchase.
The lilac nursery on the Finnegan Road is open weekends between Mother's Day and Father's Day, and at other times by appointment.
