POTSDAM -- “Files, Folders and Photo Management” workshop is set for Jan. 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St.
The class covers the basics of storing and organizing digital photos on a PC laptop. Learn how to create folders and move photos on the computer as well as retrieve photos from a camera or smartphone.
If time permits, the class will cover sending and receiving photos via email.
Bring a digital camera and/or smartphone with USB and power cables.
Basic computer skills are required. Prior attendance at a class to learn about managing files and folder is strongly recommended.
