POTSDAM – Local Living Venture (LLV) presents "Full Ferment: Making Sauerkraut" presented by Adirondack author and columnist Yvona Fast from 2 until 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15.
Registration is required for the location and class size is limited.
This event is a hands-on, "bring your aprons" workshop. Attendees will learn how to create homemade sauerkraut, and the benefits of incorporating fermented foods into daily diets. The fee is $22 per person, $40 couple, $10 for students, with scholarships available.
Each participant will have the opportunity to bring home a share of their labors.
