POTSDAM -- "Make Your Own Flower Earrings" with Virginia Burnett on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the St. Lawrence County Arts Council, 41 Elm St.
The cost is $19 for members and $23 for non-members.
Students will choose from colorful lucite flower components to create flower earrings. Participants will use headpins and eyepins to create dangles and moving parts.
This is a great introduction to jewelry making for tweens and teens, although adults are welcome as well, event organizers say.
