Twice per month, they will talk about a specific item.
For June, the spotlight is on asparagus and kale.
Handouts will include shopping, storage and preparation tips, along with nutritional facts and a few easy-to-follow recipes.

• Potsdam, June 7 and 21
• Gouverneur, June 12 and 26
• Canton, June 13 and 27
• Ogdensburg, June 14 and 28
