BRIER HILL -- Brier Hill Volunteer Fire Department, 2704 State Highway 37, will host its annual chicken barbecue and lawnmower races June 10 at 4 p.m.
The barbecue, served at the station, costs $10 per person and will be eat-in or take-out.
The menu will include barbecue chicken, salt potatoes, cole slaw, baked beans, a drink and a dessert. Lawnmower races will be held at the end of School Street.
There is a $5 entry fee per person; family rates apply.
The department will sell hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, nachos, cheese sticks, chicken tenders, soda and legal beverages.
