The Laurentian Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club is offering an array of outings from April through June.
The club plans a spring wildflower walk, an Earth Day hike at Catamount Lodge, a “mud season” potluck, and many more hikes, mountain climbs, nature explorations, and bicycle tours, in the Adirondacks and around the region.
Chapter outings range in difficulty from “Easy” to “Very Strenuous.” The spring schedule includes several work days on popular local trails as well as trips to seldom visited spots in St. Lawrence County.
There is information on these outings on NorthCountryNow.com’s Adirondack Mountain Club Laurentian Chapter web page, http://www.NorthCountryNow.com/ADK.
To learn details of an outing, contact the trip leader listed in the event’s description before the trip. Leaders are happy to discuss particular needs for their specific trips.
