MASSENA — The Laugh Shack Comedy Night will be held Friday, Jan. 5, from 7-11 p.m. at the St. Lawrence Centre mall, 6100 Saint Lawrence Ctr.
The show will present the Un-Armed and Dangerous Tour featuring Ryan Niemiller, Phil Farda, and Will Phillips.
Despite being born with a disability in both arms, Ryan Niemiller, the self-proclaimed "Cripple Threat of Comedy" shares his views of the world from the perspective of the handicapped.
Niemiller began his comedy career in Los Angeles, California, and hasn't looked back since, performing in clubs and colleges across the country. With his quick wit, great timing, and a gimmick that only he can exploit, Ryan hopes to prove to the comedy world that he may be unarmed, but he is dangerous.
Will Phillips has worked as a writers assistant on shows like Family Guy and America's Funniest Home Videos. His tweets have been featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Reader's Digest and Playboy.com. He owns one of those weird hairless cats.
Affectionately known as "Utica's Favorite Son,” Farda is the founder of Comedy CNY and it's comedy-infused offshoot Stage Time Trivia. He is the co-host and comic relief on "The Matt Masur Show" which broadcasts live worldwide daily 12-3 (EST) on BubbaArmyRadio.com and "The D" on the Disruption Networks app.
Tickets will be $25 VIP (must purchase in advance), or $15 at the door.
