CANTON -- St. Lawrence Valley Paddlers offers the last in the free four-part series of run-paddle-run duathlons Wednesday, Aug. 19 at the Little River boat launch on Park Street.
Team or solo entries can run 1.25 miles, then paddle about 1.5 miles, and finish with another 1.25 mile run.
Entrants may gather and sign in at 6 p.m. at the boat launch. The race begins at 6:30.
