CANTON – If you’re looking for a fitness challenge, you might try the last of this winter’s Frozen Foote series of cold-weather four-mile races Saturday, March 10.
Runners will start from St. Lawrence University’s Appleton Arena on Miner Street at 10:30 a.m. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. The fee is $2.
These four-mile road races are held regardless of weather conditions.
