CANTON -- The Kinan Azmeh’s CityBand will bring sounds of the Middle East to St. Lawrence University, when they perform live at 8 p.m. on March 25, at Launders Underground located in Nobel Center 001.
Formed in 2006 in New York City, Kinan Azmeh’s CityBand has gained recognition for their high-energy performances.
Azmeh strives to reach a balance between classical music, jazz, and the music of his homeland, Syria. He has performanced in Paris, London, Berlin, New York and Moscow, both as a soloist and composer. Admission is free.
