POTSDAM — The North Country Children's Museum presents “Archeology Mini Dig” Sept. 30 with Dr. Mindy Pitre of St. Lawrence University.
The event takes place at the University Bookstore, 39 Market St. from 12:30 until 2 p.m.
There will be an interactive archaeology mini dig where kids will learn how archaeologists investigate a site and what kinds of tools they use to record the things that people leave behind.
The program is geared for children in grades K-5 and the fee is $10 per child.

Walk-ins welcome if space is available. Caregivers are required to stay during the program.
