NORWOOD -- He Yee Dao Karate Association is holding classes on Monday and Thursday evenings at the Norwood-Norfolk Elementary School cafeteria.

Youth classes are from 6 to 6:30 and 6:30 to 7 p.m., and adult classes are from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The cost is $40 per semester for youth classes and $50 per semester for adult classes.

Three black-belt instructors teach the classes. People of all ages and abilities are welcome.
