OGDENSBURG – Everyone is invited to watch the dancers of Julie's Dance Studio showcase what they have learned throughout the year at the annual dance recital this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All styles of dancing including tap, jazz, ballet, toe/pointe, hip-hop, modern, lyrical, contemporary, salsa, swing, and boys hip hop will be featured.
Shows will be presented in George Hall Auditorium in Ogdensburg Free Academy on State Street May 11 and 12 at 6 p.m. and May 13 at 2 p.m.
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students, with all proceeds benefiting the Ogdensburg Area Zonta Club Scholarship Fund.
The Zonta Club will be selling wooden roses as a fundraiser in the lobby. They can make an affordable gift for the dancers, as well as moms and grandmas for Mother's Day. A 50/50 drawing and a lottery raffle is also planned.
Julie's Dance Studio is owned and operated by Zonta Club member Julie Hooper.
