The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce will hold a snow sculpture contest as part of the Winter Carnival again this year.
This year’s contest theme will be “It’s A Jungle Out There.” The sculpture which best depicts the theme will win the first place prize of $100. Second prize will be $50 and third place will be $25.
Anyone in the Tri-Town area of Brasher, Lawrence or Stockholm is eligible to enter the contest.
The sculpture must be inside the Tri-Town area and must be made entirely of snow and ice.
Judging will take place Thursday, Feb. 14 and the winners will be announced at the Winter Carnival opening ceremony at the River View Restaurant.
To enter the contest, contact Rick’s Auto Body at 389-5618 to tell them where your sculpture is located.
