POTSDAM -- A journal-making workshop presented by Carrie Whalen of The Peak Living (www.thepeakliving.com) will be held Saturday, March 25, from 1-2 p.m. at the Trillium Center for Yoga and Health on Market Street.
The course costs $15.

Participants will learn to bind his/her own 30-page journal with the traditional Japanese stab binding stitch.
All materials will be provided.
There will be a discussion around journal writing as a powerful and surprisingly accessible means to insight, healing, growth and change.
Students will also be introduced to the journal process called “Morning Pages” that teaches the purpose of writing in the early mornings.
