POTSDAM -- The John McNutt Band, hailing from Philadelphia, Pa., will perform at McDuff’s Pub on Market Street Saturday, April 21 from 9:30 p.m.-1 a.m.
The show will benefit “Blueline: A Literary Magazine Dedicated to the Spirit of the Adirondacks,” published annually by the Department of English and Communication at SUNY Potsdam.
Returning to McDuff’s for the fourth time this year, The John McNutt Band plays an energetic range of music from The Rolling Stones, CCR, The Beatles, Steppenwolf, and many other great bands. John McNutt is a well-established rock guitarist and singer with decades of experience performing in the United States and Europe.
Recently, he has toured with Derek Forbes, the acclaimed Scottish bassist from Simple Minds. Backed by his hard rock band “The Mile High Club,” McNutt also performs regularly with Michael Allman, son of the legendary Greg Allman.
McNutt will be joined at Duff’s by keyboardist Tim McKinstry and drummer Marc Iezzi, both accomplished rock musicians from Philadelphia as well.
The show is for patrons 21 years and older with a $5 cover at the door.
