POTSDAM — An “Outdoor and Sports Gear Sale” of used equipment will be held Saturday, Feb. 4 at SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall G104.
This event is sponsored by North Country 350 Alliance, a local environmental group, in an effort to promote reuse and to reduce waste.
Do you have skis, bikes, sports equipment, camping or other outdoor gear in good condition that you would like to sell? If so, drop off this gear from 9 a.m. to noon at the above location and date.
Items will be checked to ensure they are in good condition. Sellers will receive 75 percent of the proceeds and 25 percent will go to North Country 350 Alliance as a fundraiser for their environmental work.
Sellers should return around 3:30 p.m. to pick up their share of the proceeds and any unsold equipment.
People looking to shop can do so between 12:30 and 3 p.m.
