WATERTOWN – The 2012 North Country Goes Green Irish Festival will be held March 16, 17 and 18. It is being held at Watertown Dulles State Office Building and will feature food, authentic Irish crafts and arts, dance, live entertainment, exhibits, pubs, parade, dart contest, Irish step dancers and more.
