SARANAC LAKE -- The Adirondack Center for Writing will host a free information meeting with the staff of Poets & Writers April 24 at 3 p.m.
Bonnie Rose Marcus and Cathy Linh Che will share information about a grant program that pays writers to give readings and conduct workshops at venues throughout the state, including St. Lawrence County.
The workshop, which will be at the Artist Guild, 52 Broadway, will show non-profits, colleges, coffee houses, libraries and schools how to host different types of literary events.
The workshop will also cover sources of support for organizations seeking to present local or national writers.
