HOPKINTON -- The Alexander Macdonald Fish and Game Club will host an ice fishing derby March 8 beginning at daylight on Lake Ozonia.
The derby will run until 3 p.m., with prizes for first, second, and third place, with a $150 for the largest fish.
Participants will fish for salmon, trout, and perch. Register at the Sportman's Club, St. Regis Falls, or on ice before 10 a.m.
The fee is $10 for adults, and $5 for kids ages 12 and under.
A raffle for an Eskimo Quickfish 2 portable ice shack with 8" auger and sled will be held.
