HERMON – An ice cream social sponsored by the Hermon Hepburn Library board of trustees will be held Tuesday, Aug. 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the library.

The Starlighters band will provide entertainment.

Free ice cream, cupcakes, and lemonade will be served.

New this year is a free children’s carnival.
