WADDINGTON – A workshop designed to teach better ways to live your life to the fullest will be offered Feb. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Hamilton Gardens, Route 1.
The “I Can Feel Better” seminar is a peed-led health education program for adults living with one or more chronic conditions.
The focus of the event will discuss was to help day-to-day responsibility for care, increasing skills to manage your disease and how to work effectively with health care professionals.
The course is facilitated by two leaders, one or both of whom are trained volunteers who themselves have a chronic condition.
Participants are invited to bring a family member or friend. Healthy snacks are provided at each session. Pre-registration is required by calling Linda at 261-4760 ext. 230.
