The St. Lawrence County Health Initiative is offering two six-week chronic disease self-management workshops “I Can Feel Better” in Potsdam and Canton on Mondays March 26-April 30.
These weekly workshops are open to any adult living with a chronic, ongoing health concern. Caregivers and loved ones are welcome to attend as well.
The workshop is free, and class materials – the book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” and a relaxation CD – are provided for free.
