POTSDAM -- The Hospital Guild will hold a garden tour of the Potsdam and Norwood village gardens Saturday, June 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The self-guided tour will cover seven private gardens.
The tour will be $12. Register at the Potsdam Agway, 14 Pine St., between 9 and 10:30 a.m. Participants will receive a brochure guide with directions and addresses.
A greenhouse lunch will be offered from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Willow Tree Florist, 7580 U.S. Hwy. 11, Potsdam, for $12.
A vegetable wrap, potato chips, fruit and dessert will be served.
Make reservations payable to the Hospital Guild, by Monday, June 10. Reservations can be mailed to Sue Dougherty, 6662 Co. Rt. 24, Colton. For more information call 265-2775.
Following the lunch, from 1:30 to 3 p.m., a Cornell Cooperative Extension master gardener will provide practical tips on maintaining a garden.
The proceeds will benefit the Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
