POTSDAM -- Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley will host a series of grief workshops in the North Country.
• Free grief gardeners group for those grieving the loss of a loved one will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays from Sept. 5 through Oct. 31.
• When grief comes to school, a free workshop for school counselors will be held Oct. 8-10 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
• The grief tool box for professionals workshop, an educational program for professionals working with the bereaved, will be held Oct. 18 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost will be $50.
