CANTON -- Diane Ferrucci will present “Creating a ‘Sacred’ Success Strategy for Getting Healthy in Mind, Body and Spirit” at the Mystical Journey Holistic and Psychic Faire.

The faire will take place at the Best Western, 90 East Main St.

Ferrucci says she is a certified personal trainer and life coach.

The mini workshop will teach participants to create a sacred success strategy for the variety of situations that come up in your daily routines.

“Having a successful program in place for all the challenging seasons life has to offer, including the upcoming holidays, will minimize stress and allow you to fully enjoy the life God has designed for you. You will be coached on winning strategies that will help you; transform worry and anxiety into peace; eliminate negative destructive behaviors; evaluate toxic relationships; heal from brokenness; recover from grief; repair emotional hurts and develop empathy and forgiveness,” Ferrucci said in an email.

Ferrucci is a retired physical education teacher in the Rochester City School District. She has done numerous retreats, conferences, workshops and programs for parishes and fitness centers as well as individual and group coaching sessions.
