HEUVELTON -- The Heuvelton Volunteer Fire Department will host the second annual rabbit derby March 2 at the fire hall.
All entries must be checked in by 5 p.m., and the cost is $15 for adults, $10 for youths. Each person can enter one rabbit in each of the two divisions, snowshoe and cottontail.
No registration will be accepted the day of the derby, so you must register in advance at Myers Pub, Ogdensburg; Grays Gun Shop, Lisbon; Doug’s Tavern, Heuvelton; Howie’s Bar, Ogdensburg and Northwood’s Outfitters in Potsdam.
The number of entries will determine the amount of raffle prizes.
