HEUVELTON -- A program on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD, will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church, Lisbon Street.

Nellie Coakley will guest speak. A veteran herself, Coakley has served on national forums for veteran help groups and has worked to further public awareness of PTSD.
