HEUVELTON -- Amvets Post 1997, 107 State St., is serving a harvest turkey dinner on Oct. 4 starting at 4 p.m.
Menu: turkey, mashed potatos and gravy, stuffing, squash, cranberry sauce, rolls and fruit breads, pies and beverage.
Cost is $8 for adults and $4.50 for children under age 13.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the local food pantry.
