HERMON -- Jason Runnels will be in concert Sunday, June 7, at 10:30 a.m., at the Hermon United Methodist Church.
Runnels began a full time career in Christian music in 1998 when he joined Tony Gore & Majesty, performing in Ireland, Scotland and London. In 2000, Singing News Magazine nominated him as one of the top five young artists in gospel music.
After five years with Tony Gore and Majesty, he joined the Down East Boys, he had the chance to travel to Canada and annually to the west coast. He has written five top 20 songs and had several album cuts through out his 15-year career.
