A local teacher is leading an Education First Tour to Italy and Greece for spring break 2016. This trip is open to students who will be in high school for the 2015-2016 school year.
There group will visit Vatican City, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps in Rome. They will also take an island cruise in Capri, explore the Pompeii ruins, and visit Patras and Delphi in Greece. Other sites include the Temple of Apollo, Olympic Stadium, the Acropolis, Parthenon and Temple of Athena Nike. It will include a walking tour of Athens, the Plaka District and the Temple of Olympian Zeus.
The group will be led by Hermon-DeKalb English teacher Kayla French, although the trip is not affiliated with any school.
Register by Sept. 30 and receive a $200 discount.
