HERMON – The Hepburn Library Board of Trustees will host their seventh annual ice cream social and second free children’s carnival Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the library.
The Starlighters band will entertain.
Free ice cream, cupcakes and lemonade will be served. Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
