NORWOOD – A Heartsaver CPR AED class will be offered at the Norwood Adult Education Building at Seaway Tech June 2, from 3-5:30 p.m.
Cost of the class is $40, plus $10 for certification card.
Topics covered will include adult and child CPR and AED use and infant CPR, as well as how to relieve choking.
Upon completion of this course, students receive a completion card that is valid for two years.
This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.
The course is appropriate for community members who want to learn CPR and how to operate an AED. Maximum enrollment is 8 students.
