GOUVERNEUR -- A heart health program will be hosted at Gouverneur Hospital Tuesday, Feb. 21.
The following presentations are slated:
• “Live Smart for a Healthy Heart” presented by Lauren Smith clinical nutrition manager, Canton-Potsdam Hospital; and
• Hands-only CPR, presented by Michael Tribble, PTA, GH Hospital.
This program will be held in the GH Community Room, east wing, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and is free to the community.
The session will include lunch and time for questions.
Advance reservations are required by Feb. 20.
