MASSENA -- Burnham Benefit Advisors will hold a health care reform seminar Tuesday, May 14 at the Massena Golf and Country Club at 9 a.m.
The seminar will cover the key components of health care reform and what employers should expect in 2013 and 2014.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act places new responsibilities on employers that may change the nature of employer-provided health care.
The act overhauls the healthcare environment in the United States and will affect individuals, families, businesses, physicians, hospitals, municipalities and health insurance carriers.
The seminar format will be an interactive presentation on “hot button” issues facing employers with respect to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
The free seminar will include a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m.
