POTSDAM -- Becky Harblin, reflexologist, shamanic minister, Reiki and energy facilitator, artist, and poet, offers an all-day Healing Breath Journey Workshop Saturday, March 26.
Participants in this workshop will learn, through breathing and music, an ancient technique that will enable them to reach into their subconscious state. Ceremonies of the type used in this class exist in many native cultures.
Harblin, who works privately in West Potsdam, has participated in the ceremonies of Amazonian shamans for over 10 years.
