POTSDAM -- Transformation House Ministries will hold an educational program Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the New Hope Community Church, 33 Grant St.
Titled “Healing Bodies, Minds, and Spirits,” it will focus on overcoming negative emotions such as resentment and seeking the good in one’s life.
Morning speakers will include Jane Ault, author of the newly published book, “Emotional Freedom – The Choices We Must Make,” which will be on sale during the day and John Ault, MDiv who will speak on the Theology of Well-being.
There is a choice of afternoon sessions consisting of topics on grief, Al Anon, and changing one’s thinking. A continental breakfast, light lunch, and afternoon snacks will be provided.
Registrations will be taken at the door on the day of the event; however registration in advance is appreciated so enough food can be provided.
There is a $35 registration fee, which coves food and materials. However, any amount attendees can afford will be accepted. This includes coming at no charge. Info: rhernandez2@twcny.rr.com.
