PARISHVILLE -- For one night only, The Parishville Area Recreation Club (PARC) will host a “Haunted Trail & Monster Mash” at the Parishville Beach Friday, Oct. 20, from 5-9 p.m.

The event is open to the public and will be suitable for all ages. There will be a suggested donation of $10 per car at the gate and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the PHCS Classes of 2018 & 2019.

Activities include a Monster Mash dance with disco lights, a non-haunted hayride around the fields, bobbing for apples, a 50/50 Carved Pumpkin Competition, and of course the Haunted Trail.

In the event of rain, the Haunted Trail will be moved indoors to a mini-haunted house, the hayride will be canceled, and all other events will continue under the covered pavilion.

Bring your own carved pumpkin and enter it into a 50/50 competition for only $1. All pumpkins will be displayed and attendees will be given the opportunity to vote for their favorite. The pumpkin with the most votes will win half of the contest entry fees.

There will also be concessions for sale consisting of hot dogs, drinks and S’more kits. A small supervised campfire will be available for S’more making.
