POTSDAM -- A 1.5-mile, family Halloween run fundraiser will be held Saturday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m., to benefit the North Country Children's Museum.

Runners will begin at the museum's home, the Red Barn at 10 Raymond St., and cover a portion of the Munter Trails.

Participants are encouraged to dress in costume, and prizes will be awarded.

The cost is $10 for an individual, $38 for a family group.

The event is organized by Potsdam High School student Violet Dean and the Potsdam Cross Country Team.
