CANTON -- Jan Hutslar, former director of religious education at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Canton, will serve as the church’s guest minister Sunday, July 23, at 10:30 a.m.
Hutslar’s service, titled “Unexpected Joy,” will explore what it means to stay open to the unexpected as a source of connection to others, to the holy, and to joy.
Hutslar served as religious education director from 2002 to 2014.
She recently graduated from the Starr King School of Ministry and completed an internship at First Parish in Concord, Mass.
The Unitarian Universalist Church is located at 3½ E. Main St., across from the park in Canton.
