POTSDAM – Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, 6805 U.S. Highway 11, is offering a free educational program called “Grief and the Holidays” to help those coping with the death of a loved one.
Led by Hospice bereavement coordinator Kay DePerno, the program will assist attendees by providing tips and tools to help prepare for the holiday season without being overwhelmed.
The program will be offered Nov. 23 from 1 to 2:30 pm, Dec. 11 from 4 to 5:30 p.m., and Jan. 11, 2014 from 1 to 2:30 pm.
